The 10q for Q3 was reported on July 15. An educated guess says they probably report on the fiscal. And looking back they 10k for last year was reported Dec 13, 2013. Just my guess though.

Last day of fiscal year for STTK is august 30th

Last year they filed late. They are due Monday as the due date fell on a week end. If they were to file late again they would have already had to file NT-10k. So it will be on time Monday
