If we were off shore right now we'd be sunk IMO. Onshore Kenya is very, very inexpensive by comparison. CEPSA is locked in and ready to go.
A few hundred mil barrel find is still worth a fortune even at 50$ oil. Might slow chad down, however if it seems as promising as the company is hinting well do just fine.
Let the powers at be play their oil games. Can only play with the price of oil for so long.
