well, CHIEF, i dont think they would make up building the NEW OIL TO GAS and OIL TO DIESEL plants, nor would i be thinking they are making up 10000 barrells of OIL per day (did you notice those key words yet?). nor would i believe they are making up the agreement with the bolivian GOVERNMENT. there's a law in this country that they would be breaking. it's an SEC law. its called FRAUD! im not betting on the metal mining. im betting on the oil. you stick to the mining, and if you don't like the mining situation, then SELL! and go on to another stock. your outdated pr's don't scare me in the least. OH THEY SAID THIS,OH THEY SAID THAT! i'll stick to the oil AND RECENT NEWS. no hard feelings, dude, but again, it's what i'm speculating on.
