Pita, pay to play is in reference to fees distributors can charge as a premium to gain access to their retailers.
Ligit distributors don't charge anyone for access....they buy at a price and wholesale it to the retailers who mark it up for the margin they feel they can get or need.
Obviously then, this is another penny stock start-up that wasn't ready for the prime time of being a publicly traded company. Well, there are another 10K of them...pick what you wish.
The comment on using stock vs cash they don't have is valid, yet it is an smell of doing biz that is done in the OtC only and very suspect.
If you are playing that game, only the bottom of the barrel people or companies are what you are dealing with. You can't pay the electric bill with stock.
