Nothing really as there's no date on it so we don't know when it was published (all we can see is that it's after 2009) AND it talks about using collagenase to wash the cells.

WE DON'T USE COLLAGENASE so it's a different situation.

The only similarity is that it talks of gathering the cells through lipo-aspiration - that's not novel, it's about sticking a needle into your own fat and grabbing a syringe full of the stuff.

SVFC $$$$ Your post is a copy of the same post written by TheSkunk...and I've already answered it...

SVFC $$$$ The patent links in my post include all of the links...and the time frame in which to respond to the EPO is 6 months from the invitation to amend the application...dated 07/10/14 (euro 10.07.2014)...SVFC is still within the allowable time frame....and has the option to keep all correspondence with the EPO private at this time.
