Wording matters. I count at least 6 times in the EPO response they use the following verbiage...

"in their present wording"
"explicity state" or "explicit"
"distinguish"

They are asking the document to be cleaned up for clarity!!!

The flow cytometer was the basis for suggesting Intellicell's cell viability was in question. Now the Australian group is using one... Interesting I say!
