TA updates are generally by the quarter.

This is really a non issue as it has zero bearing on the sp as 1.5B are heading for cancellation shortly. Again, this is a process. It's not something that gets done in a week. It requires notifications to the SEC, a response, then a treasury order must be submitted to do two things. One: Remove the restriction which makes it live. Once the shares are free-tradeable, then Two: Order to cancel out. David's last official act was to cancel it which meant the shares were registered and live.

Also, his shares has no bearing on the sp because he couldn't dump even if he tried. Again, a little SEC rule prohibits that.
