I hope he knows what he's doing,regarding this part of the company. My guess is he assumed the stock would have been much higher as a result of B news and thought an uplist would be done sooner so didn't bother with the OTC sign up. Strategic or tactical error?
It's impossible to know if the stock would be higher on Naz.
