How do you like that welfare bill, I mean tax cut for the poor, that passed Thursday that gives "tax cuts" to those with no tax liability.

I think it's utterly ridiculous. Why should they get a rebate for taxes they didn't pay?

medical including perscription drugs."<<< Long ago PA started the lottery. Those SENIORS on a very limited income receive prescriptions @ $6 a pop. The profits fro the lottery pick up the rest. It is a great program for those without the ability to pay. Actually, the threshold seems very low but the program has been working for a long time. Just depends on the amount of greed from each state what is done with revenues from all sources. Never did find out what my state is squandering those procedes on...
