Diluted by 500k shares. Not too worried. Notice the investors are long term holders with some new respected investors participating. Research Dr. Phillip Frost. More than likely will be used to buy high quality patents that will pay dividends. Not worried at all. Investors continue to give money to the company and share count remains low. It's all good.

How was this diluted again? It is registering shares done in a recent cash raise back in October as part of the Medtech acquisition.

The dilution was already known. Not exactly breaking news.
