Fund raising for 50 cents and 75 cents per share is what you are showing me...thay still have $1.8 million of the money they raised. Insiders signed 15 month lock up agreements. Company signed they would not do any more fund raisings below 75 cents per share. Not burning through cash.

September 7th 29.9 million shares.
November 7th 32.2 million shares.

Last 60 days shares outstanding has barely gone up. Thats a fact you cant make go away.
