You are reading more into what the market thinks than is warranted or reality. First, the market doesn't think, not even collectively. Second, while it may be valid to say the market does not recognize B, it is not valid to interpret that as rejection or acceptance. Dapto is on the market, market recognized. B is not yet, market WTF is B? That will change soon enough.

Market for sure doesn't recognize or accept B.
