they file, they just take an extra week to 10 days. they should file a notice of late filing though to stay current...but they have not in the past!

And it's Q. I always felt it to be an unnecessary expense. But again it's been Donnel's job for years. She will have the yield removed. Or remain quiet and do nothing.
It's almost as if she wants .0001 x .0002 while the converted shares hit the float. Get em gone faster that way.
