Very good comment there, I have full faith in this company too that big news is imminent to happen. Discounts are no longer awarded as their patents are VALID and Texas should be in favour to us. It may well be that the next settlement is the first major one – don’t expect to see anything less than $ 50 million.
My only question is, do they have something up their sleeve to share with us at the SHM??? Secondly, if that was the case, is it against SEC regulation to present news at the SHM without having informed the rest of the public?

Your analysis suggests that these would be recurring revenue streams. But nothing I have seen to date suggests that their agreements to date have been nothing more than one time payments and nothing about future payments from future sales. Please correct me if I am wrong!
