You've done alot more digging then I have but so far I haven't found anything that screams scam. Remeber TWOG, that thing reaked of scam from the get go but people still played it for a flip. This one actualy looks fairly squeaky clean at first glance. I think bottom line is what the restrictions are going to be and whether the parent companys shares don't tank.
