YM H & S possibility has not failed completely as of yet but...it has been a long time deciding to drop. Breaking the resistance at The right shoulder would negate the pattern (IMO) but that hasn't happened.
Using a 300 tick chart to compare the pattern to the 3 minute chart posted this afternoon... It seems the tick data has drawn a lower right neckline than the 3 minute - that's not supposed to happen... Lows and highs should be the same between tick and time based charts.
I'll have to assume that there was an update to the data feed after I took the 3 minute picture...
