Darwinian, that is one of my conclusions as well. B still seems a bit too good to be true unless you were one of those treated recently ;)

It will take a 3rd party endorsement like a journal article or Gov/ FDA acknowledgement/endorsement. Those feeling comfortable with Dapto performance are akin to those sitting on the Titanic listening to the band... They just don't want to believe she will sink and don't want to hear the orders to abandon ship!
