When you still need them to fund the operations at this point, you will still go out and say that? There are things that they can say and some things that need to be worked out in its due course.

My opinion as to why he doesn't really want to address? Point is mute, company is being sold. Same why the SP isn't a huge deal to him anymore either. It will be here until the buyout is inked.

Before EOY.

B9- Agreed re: what needs to be done, however, how you do it is much like Dr. McGann orchestrates R/D- quietly. Bolduc did mention that paying debt was primary focus after producing a high quality build, on time and budget.

Here's what I think, upon first tsa payment, he funds operations for at least 8 months, left over goes to debt. Upon second payment, all to debt.

I noticed a much more reticent group on this last CC. Almost like they were trying to underplay things. Smart, IMO. But once debt is clear, then it really starts.

The other thing I would consider, double time R/D meaning IF they projected June-Sept, their Q1'16 for the conveyor capable non-contact etd system/machine, focus on delivering a prototype in April-May. This is key.

IMO, Smiths and Morpho have nowhere to go in etd. The heat in the category is inside IMSC. Now, with funding, Bolduc doesn't have to plan his next negotiation scheme with dmrj he can focus on other things. But like Patton, you pick a point, set a schedule and plow the enterprise to that point at light speed. That's where the value in this company will come from. That and clearing dmrj out of the way. There isn't a single stock that dmrj is in that has a normal arc to the relationship with the lendee. Its like they trip thru everything, do everything wrong and make a giant mess of their funding. Sad to say that as they have been an angel to this company, but that is over. Over to everyone but them. Debt kills if not managed, we shareholders are seeing that right before our eyes.

Best of Better Luck to ALL IMSC LONGS!
