If what you say is correct, they had already been planning on selling off at any uplisting pop. I'm more concerned about my long term investment than short term moves up and down. And, it was a great answer regarding long term health of the company.

KarinCA you probably
just cost us about .20 or more on the share price.
LOTS of people here were waiting for the uplisting.
Sounds like another selloff on Monday unless we get some
good PR.

all information about the products our company is developing is welcomed by me. if you so choose you can sell first thing in the morning and save your 20 cents. all info in that posting was beneficial to our SP in the LONG run which is where most of us are at. remember leo reminds us that he, menon and now aruda are large shareholders.

gov

ps i also think leo is well aware of what he sent karin will do to the stock and probably has the antidate ready to go. imo

Short term CTIX traders will always be buying and selling in anticipation or reaction to [news, charts, rumours, hunches, move to other trades, (insert reason here)]

Traders are a fickle group. We've seen many little rallies on Fridays in anticipation of PR, then little pullbacks if there wasn't one.

Personally, I could care less about .20 cent moves. Even the last 60 cent move meant nothing to me as CTIX is a long position for me. It costs me ZERO as this is a paper number. Only the price I buy CTIX at and sell CTIX at costs, or makes me any money.

I honestly don't know what price I'd sell at. What if CTIX hits $20, or $30, or $50, or $100 dollars? Would I sell prior to buyout or completion of all clinical trials?

I don't bother myself much with that sort of consideration yet, as I see CTIX as far from a true binary event.

Further phase trials for Brilacidin are a guarantee, one is already scheduled for Brilacidin-OM and a P3 for Brilacidin-ABSSSI appears certain from the top-line results. Other Brilacidin trials are in the works.

At least 1 additional trial for Kevetrin is poised to start, and with a successful Phase 1 trial a near certainty, I expect more than one trial coming up.

Prurisol has a trial coming up, that is the closest thing to a binary event I see in the near term. Pass or fail. But one of three drugs in clinical trials, and perhaps the one with almost no representation in the share price.

As these trials unfold. I expect more 20 cent swings than could be counted. Later I hope we'll see $5 swings at a much higher share price. Medium term it is hard to imagine the CTIX price not increasing with so many clinical trials, though anything is possible and there is always risk.

But yes, I understand that traders looking for a quick trade will sell and buy based on [whatever, insert reason]. I understand traders will fret over 20 cent moves and worry at imagined PRs, gaps, and similar. I see daily angst should CTIX drop a nickle or a couple dimes. I understand that traders who miss sell targets feel pain, and also joy when their targets are hit. All part of the game. CTIX holders are a diverse group, including insiders, longs of various commitment levels, traders of various strategies, and even a few shorts.

Speaking only for myself, I care ZERO when CTIX up-listing comes. I'm happy to wait for when the CEO finds the time opportune. As it's not a trade event for me, I see it as just one more step in building Cellceutix and shareholder value.

I very much doubt there is a single shareholder who currently holds CTIX becasue he or she thought it would uplist soon. If that individual does exist then he can choose, whether or not to sell because of what was posted.

Not really. Anyone who understands the uplisting process knew we do not qualify and had not submitted the application. The review process can take awhile after the app is submitted. The ones that do not understand keep thinking it will happen any day now.

DMH, I thought you were a long termer by the sounds of your initial posts. You sound more and more like a trader to me now. Many people here have been holding for years and are confident in the value and potential we own. If you are an investor, hang in there it's coming. If you're a trader, well...good luck with that.

"You just cost us about .20 or more on the share price"?
Really?!?
Obviously, you didn't do your homework at all.
KarinCA has consistently been a wealth of knowledge and excellent information on this board, and has contributed positively to the upward run of the stock price, by being factual.
Do research before you post.

No, stating the reality of why we haven't uplisted cost us 20 cents. KarinCA is one of the best on this board. Leo stated some plain facts. Uplisting is not what will make Cellcuetix money. I am confident the uplisting will occur at some point, however it would be better to do it when we can do it without a massive dilution. If you or anyone else is in this as a bet on uplisting than maybe you didn't do your homework. This is a drug play not a financial engineering play. I am in this stock for B and if K works out that is great! Certainly not in it to play uplisting craps. The company is currently on the right exchange for what it is. The rules are there for a reason.

Maybe you are just having a bad morning, but to blame KarinCA is not fair IMHO.
