Don't play with words or change statements. As I said, the nonsense you are blaming him with has nothing to do with assumptions, projections or forward looking statements. He tried to give his estimates and for the very well known delays etc. he was off. But, that's a totally different thing. What you are accusing him with is a signed contract with the US government, a fact, a historical event, this is not under safe harbor statement.
