Wow. You must educate yourselves folks. The Middle East oil dynasty's are under attack from American oil. I have friends that work in the mining/oi/natural gas industries that have told me that both Russia and the the Saudi economies are on the brink of COLLAPSE because of fracking and American mining technological advances.

OPECS hegemony is quickly shrinking and the cartel no longer can control the price of fossil fuels like they once could.

Hence, they are getting involved in American fossil fuel production out of necessity and the need to hedge their bets.

It is a hidden fact but the US has one of the largest natural gas reserves in the world and crude reserves that are second to none.

Simple and 100% FACTUAL. We are about to see an influx of foreign investment really rev up.
