I think it gets presented to the would-be board members, who then must navigate into position for a seat - navigation that involves opening their deep pocket backing institutions. Catapult not only by way of pps, but by way of appropriate business supporting contacts. Leo seems to be pretty smart about this whole game, and perhaps this revelation to potential deep pockets happens after FDA meetings being prudent not to jeopardize the fantastic progress being made by CTIX. But then, I really don't actually know what I'm talking about, just thinking out loud. Does this happen? Will institutions (i.e. Baker Bros. or Pharma Co.) pay big to be intimately involved? I think they will if they're smart.
