Not Funding but buying of the stock to get the price higher!
Leo has often mentioned that he does not like the fact that the price is so undervalued and he sees the solution as UPLISTING!
If we trade at $10 instead of $3.50... it will be better all around,.. less Aspire shares needed to sell,.. les Shelf shares needed to sell,.. equals less dilution!
