I'd actually argue that traders allow for more people to get into a stock, which ultimately sends the pps higher.

People commit all kinds of atrocities in the name of 'business'. It's simply not being accountable in the guise of something respectable. I have mixed feelings about day trading... but in this case it's making an indiscriminate buck at the expensive of a company (albeit short term) that's going to change the face of solar and, more importantly, free people from the chains of the endless debt to power companies and their associated henchmen. Am I making money? Hell yes! But I chose SLTD because of the quality management and the positive, potentially world changing technology.

Having made a quick 'in and out' buck on SLTD is nothing to be proud of.

Right on Swiamca! I invest to make my money grow and I try to make my money grow while still choosing companies which benefit the earth. I like helping make a difference for future generations and being able to help the current generation with the profits I make. I don't want to invest in companies which I think harm the natural world.
