58 I was invested in seattle genetics when the company didn't a private placement with the Baker Bros. at $16 a share and were given a board seat. Its not selling out its just good business. SGEN has a 4.5 billion market cap. and having either one the Bakers on your board enhances your BoD their experience is worth it. IMO
