If you have time, could you take a quick look at PSFT's book value and its (approximate) price per share at the current level ? ORCL tender offers 5.1B; but the price/BV was 2.55 as of the closing last night. The total asset is 2.88 or so. I was wondering what is the exact offering price per share.
