Co says for Phase III filed a series of motions; believes these motion will narrow scope of case and maybe even avoid a trial... says most of Phase III has already been litigated and are confident going in... co says a sophisticated/rational Board at any of the other companies that are out there in litigation will look to get a settlement done quickly... co says would prefer to work with the people they are in litigation with; believes they can make these companies more competitive and work with these companies in a business relationship... asked what will co do if Hynix (or any other co) continues to appeal rulings; co says would expect an injunction against the co; says they would have to continue selling product at a higher risk of losing in the future; believes that other suppliers would not want to do business with that company due to the risk of them being out of bussiness in the future... co says they will keep going until they are 'fairly compensated'.
