International Atomic Energy Agency specialists arrived Friday in Baghdad for inspections of the Tuwaitha nuclear facility, which was looted after the fall of Saddam Hussein's regime.

sarai -- Iraq is a war zone -- the duty of military commanders is to defeat the enemy with a minimum of casualties, most particularly his(her) own. After the lawyers are allowed in, I'm sure they will be glad to sue the USA on behalf of the looters. While searching for articles to attack this administration, should you come across any info as to why Iraq, awash in oil, needs a nuclear facility, would you please post that.

Boy that's a name out of my past Shoreham! To this day I can never understand why they built that plant there.
