How about the patents that were invented by Dr. Lanza and are staying with the company. My opinion for what it is worth is the good doctor is not leaving to go anywhere else.
If Lanza had wanted to leave he could have gone elsewhere to make a much higher salary long ago. He has put together a great team at ACT and they all know what they can do and achieve if they get to chart the course and control where they go with their discoveries. That is a most important consideration for Lanza and his team, imo.
