If anything, I believe their cost should be going down as they continue to order from the factory. If the distributor ordered at $2.75, I think margins would actually improve in the upcoming report. They did raise retail to $3 before going to $5 but I think the $3 price was short lived and most of the pricing in the previous quarter was at $2. So, I think anything above $2 to the distributor will still allow for improved margins q over q. Just my thinking.
Glad to have you on board. I really like this company, but we are in the OTC and they are a start-up, so invest responsibly.
