No. Not proper accounting.
I remember a company in this market (was a scam and long gone) that said they had an order from China for $1 million bucks, don't believe that was true, but there was no contract and the dude reported as sales on the fins.
Amazingly, the company went to court and they gave the dude (ceo) no charges for his lack of accounting knowledge. He made a million or so....go figure, eh?
A lot of corruption in these parts.
