Yes Mike,

Most of it is a rehash of stuff we have already heard or read before.

Unless we get to know the price at which the stocks or the warrants are going to be issued, it makes no sense.

Not convinced enough to put more of my money into this stock now. Will be happy if whatever I hold shows some appreciation.

Not sure how the up listing and the offer will be synchronized.
