Not sure when I will get out. I am in no need of cash at the moment! All of my others Real estate funds are flying as well.

GG given the share structure like the old Bsti we could see higher than .36 with the right no fluff pr. Market are crazy and I think were heading for a Bull Market now just my opinion.
Just because there target price is .36 does not mean it could go higher! I would not be surprised if IBCL follows afterwards.
