South LA, The fact that some guilty parties have not yet been charged or convicted is independent of the behavior by Martha and its consequences, right?

Not according to Martha and her lawyers. They're playing the Enron and Worldcom cards early on for the PR.

Can't wait to see that strategy backfire. Martha should come to some sort of deal with the SEC and kill the controversy ASAP.
