Why would they share their rights with Purdue for a measley 10 mill, when they have exclusivity for 3 years?? Unless Zogenix thinks that Purdues extended -release version is superior than their own??

1) about Purdue: some yahoo finance posters are saying that Purdue is stealing ZGNX shares or value? ...what do they mean? do you know?
2) and also, how much ATM shares the company can use more? i noticed that someone is dumping huge shares continuously.
3) if their drug is something to do with 'pain', the risk here is very high? (= the chance of fda approval is very thin) ? (i was told so by other bio trader on other stock sometime ago & he is right so far)
