Dakota - I find the action interesting. Note that things sort of kicked into gear today the day the 14a was filed. It is like an official signal that yes this will happen.
I tend to believe we will continue to rise. This is just some loose thinking on my part. But say you were a person with fairly deep pockets, ok? You want in on the PPM for Nova. I forget what the prices were, but some thing like $3.25 and what warrants for $4.10 or something. I would surmise "they" want "parity" between current share value and the PPM. If that were the case I speculate something between .30 and .40 would do it. I don't have a calculator on hand and I'm too lazy to open another window this evening. A 1 for 10 would mean that after the R/S a 30 cent stock would now be a 3 dollar stock. We have a 1 for 8.9, which I thought is really an odd number, but if you look at the share distribution to Dierdre and Tucker and the rest they were all given 890,000 shares, so that must be where that 8.9 comes in eh? Makes things even and neat. LOL Anyway, so with out exact math I think between .30 and .40.
So why push up the price now, before the RS and not afterwards? Well, my thinking again would be that whatever shares they can get now are and will be cheaper than when the PPM is done, so they're a bargain now? Also the float will be very small after the RS and it might be harder to get a hold of shares. Not really sure, but some thing is up.
Now of course my second theory is that wantobe is buying it all up and wants to be Tim's silent partner.
Also it appears HNWS will have a shareholders meeting before IBCL. If that happens that would be a shame IMO.
