. If it was tax selling , why wait and try and sell @ 4 , when you would do a better tax benefit to sell @3 ... Its not tax selling its Flipping , plan and simple ..;-)

not only is it not tax selling .. Anyone that was to sell for taxes should be out already if they knew what they were doing ..
