Quite frankly putting that out there was a bogus piece of shit. The town like the company that is claiming the town new, well the town can say the same thing. They knew it was valued added and valued added does include packaging under the towns zoning regulations so they had to live space and employee restrctions. They kept denying there was an issue, well guess what there was and now is and it now must be dealt with somehow.

Bills letter was aggressive but the town did not cave. All the big press releases, the biggest this, the best that the most of this and most of that got way overblown until the candles on the candle melted with the was and wherefores.

Where does it say FITX is grandfathered in? This zoning amendment is for future MMJ producers. If FITX already had their license, then it may be a different story, but they don't. Where is proof that they are grandfathered in? (PRs aren't proof)

The unfortunate confusion even within the Town Council two weeks ago to again raise an issue already addressed nearly a year ago is reason to ensure all residents and neighbours in the community attend our Open House. To simply assert the facts already established, without this resolution or proper protocol that was recorded in November of last year, a Permit to build could not have been issued. To our knowledge, the Town has not issued any communication to Health Canada, and rightfully so given these matters of fact.

The permit was for a pole barn to be used for agricultural storage. Is there another permit Bill is referring to?
