However the fact that the Company looked into the cost to have it removed confirms it for me.

Apparently most brokers are not enforcing it. And IMO they should not be. It looks like it is a leftover from previous symbol and
PRDL is too broke to get it cleaned up. The lawyers they consulted will charge $20K to get removed. Sucks.
