We would like to present our latest client, Kading Companies, SA (KDNG), a diversified holding company that I feel has incipient upside. Accordingly, the company is looking for appropriate institutional funding of $3M USD as well as potential add-on acquisitions that fit their metrics.
Kading Companies S.A. in which focus is on exploring mining and metals opportunities in South America. Kading has been introduced to a 100 mile mining concession opportunity for alluvial gold and diamond mining on the Puruni River in Guyana of which they believe will allow them to grow the company substantially over many years.
The current systems operating on this river drill down only 2 to 3 feet into the soil, the system that Kading Companies will deploy has the ability to drill down to 45 feet, hitting all new pay zones that have never been reached before. They expect to recover 40 ounces of gold per day per project.
Kading Companies will roll out a cookie cutter program withinvestments, from NBM, in tranches of $2.6M USD every six months as they bring on one new project at a time, once the previous project is producing. The total cost to production per project is approximately $2.6M USD and is generating cash flow within six months from funding. At the end of 12 months of operations the $2.6M USD plus interest would be paid back (18 months). This project is being structured as a joint collaboration between the concession owner, the operators of the project and Kading Companies. At the end of the first 12 months of operation Kading Companies will show a net after tax profit (including pay back of loan and interest) of approximately $1.6M USD. They will grow this to over $20M USD annually, based on the cookie cutter program, over a period of 6 years from start to the six year period, and Kading Company intends to continue the program for as long as possible, past the 6 year period (See financial projections in business plan).
