Look, I stay away from the daily menusa of this board because it's way over my head...BUT it is the fact he used the word "pleased" to see a S-3 that made me cringe. I've made a living hunting for shelf filings and waiting for the Public Offering sell off...no one is ever "pleased" to see a shelf filing.
As far as me selling...you clearly don't know who you're posting to. :-)
