Why is it called a purchase order when there is no product to purchase? You can contract for services, which is what this seems to be.
I went online and looked for the Republic Energy website, without luck. Heck, even C.J. Maggies in Buckhannon, WV has a website! I admit, it is a nice restaurant but hardly a major corporation. Anyhow, I even went so far as to search for Republic Energy of Foley, AL in the Thomas website...with no luck. And the ThomCat's list just about EVERBODY, doing anything, industrial. Interested in wire harness assemblies? You can find Conntek Integrated Solutions of Cudahy, WI among the many, many providers.
Where does Cyclone dig these "partners" up?
I'll be interested to see the details of the "agreement" when they come out. If it is like other Cyclone deals, Republic isn't responsible for paying much of anything until and if some kind of standards are met. No real money changes hands but they get to hype the stock for a few days.
Does it seem strange to anyone that someone is making a big deal out of being able to burn fuel to make heat? I have a stove, oven, furnace and hot water heater in my house and each of them does that ... as does the propane weed burner in the shed and the Optimus stoves and Coleman lantern in my outdoor gear. I have a hard time believing that anyone went out shopping and decided only Cyclone could build an effective burner OR that anyone did their research and decided this was the outfit best suited to do R and D on a budget and on schedule.
Color me skeptical.
