The irony is that if Bordynuik was never banned from being an officer/director for five years of a public company, he wouldn't have been able to sell millions of dollars worth of stock personally without the scrutiny. Too bad it was disclosed only because he was deposed in one of a number of lawsuits, poor guy...
How about the fact he got caught illegally transferring free-trading shares from his children's trust accounts? There's nothing wrong with that?
