NanoTech Entertainment (NTEK) Retains Sadler Gibb Audit Firm
NanoTech to Begin Financial Reviews in Preparation for Publication of Audited Financials and Uplisting in 2014
SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NANOTECH ENTERTAINMENT (OTCPINK: NTEK) announced today its retention of Sadler, Gibb and Associates LLC. Sadler, Gibb and Associates has previously provided services for NanoTech in the past and will be the audit firm for the company moving forward as it prepares to file audited financials in 2014.
Earlier this year NanoTech announced at the Annual Shareholders Meeting its intentions to move up to the OTCQB as a first step to uplisting further to a next level exchange. This is another sign of the continued growth and expansion of NanoTech as the company has moved out of the R&D phase and has expanded during the second half of 2013.
