Becuase the recent action against ML for abusive NSS is so fresh. It was said the abuses didn't ever exist. Yet ML WAS BUSTED FOR DOING IT 4 years straight. We will see a day when there will be those that use loop holes to skirt rules get busted too in stocks like GNCP.. With the SECs recent FYI budget being opened and it suggesting 250 new personnel to help out are getting hired, it shouldn't be to much longer.
