Someone else may have updated information but to my knowledge the land discussed is in the Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa) area in West Texas. If this remains true, then you can rule out any possibility of MJ as growing, selling or using it for ANY purpose is illegal in the State. Additionally, if the company is getting into farming (cabbage/barley), this area of West Texas is more known for Sand than water, so such an enterprise will prove to have a few challenges in that regard as well. $MNVN$
