That's it in a nutshell...note holders are king....and priority.

MRIB knew significant Dilution was coming one way or the other, and pulled the wool over shareholders eyes.

That's funny as I had no trouble reading the words "for financing purposes". As a matter of fact, those words jumped right out at me as it defined the statement.

BTW, there was no wording in that statement that claimed there would be "no dilution". Here it is again:

In order to preserve the company's integrity in the public market, there will be no common share dilution for financing purposes.
