Uruguay? where did you get the idea that it would be produced in Uruguay?

the proposed amendment 2 in Florida says: "The Department of Health shall register and regulate centers that produce and distribute marijuana for medical purposes . . . "

thus, the real question regarding how it relates to QASP is, is the CEO intending to be licensed and get into the production and distribution of MJ??? if so, buy all the QASP you can. if not, get out ASAP
