There is dilution and there is value. If a big Pharma takes a 15% stake (per BK's theory) at $10/sh. in CTIX and partners for B development, using the whole $75 million shelf, your shares have been diluted but the shares are now worth $10. Would you be concerned about dilution?

I don't imagine Leo will be using the shelf for ordinary operating expenses, but even if he did and it furthered the advancement of the company how can that be bad? The shares would certainly increase as value gets added.
