I agree,.. but I also trust that Leo has a plan.

He might close a deal for B - ABSSSI in the next week, or next month,... or he might go it alone,...

His plan, (except for the long time DF is taking), is developing very well and I trust he has a vision behind this shelf registration.

Like others mentioned on this board. Leo may sell shares off the market as well regarding this S-3

If a institution wants in for like 3 million dollars (example) they sometimes feel like they should not have to buy on the open market. They would rather buy a lump sum indirectly.
